Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy – Dream With Us Craft & Candy Cancellations 7 or more days notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new date within 6 months. Less than 7 days notice: Deposit will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment may still be required. Add-Ons & Extras Payments for add-ons (Fairy Floss, Piñata, Balloon Garlands, Candy Bags, etc.) are non-refundable if cancelled within 5 days of the party, as supplies may already be purchased or confirmed with external providers. Refunds (if applicable) Refunds will only be issued if: Dream With Us Craft & Candy needs to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, staff illness, emergencies). An add-on service cannot be fulfilled due to supplier issues, in which case only the add-on amount will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. By booking and attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Photography & Media – We may capture photos and/or videos during events for promotional use across our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Use of Images – These images may include children and guests in attendance. They may be used without further notice or compensation. Opt-Out Option – If you do not wish for your child or guest to be photographed, recorded, or featured in any promotional material, you must notify us in writing prior to the event or advise our staff upon arrival. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your request is respected. Group Shots – Please note that for large group photos or wide crowd images, it may not always be possible to fully exclude individuals. In these cases, we will do our best to limit use where specific children/guests have opted out.
